Contactless payment method for bars and restaurants at Fest Jazz!<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

What is it?<\/h4>

The Fest Jazz has a contactless payment system for paying for drinks and food at the festival\u2019s bars and restaurants.<\/p>\n

The card is biodegradable, recyclable and compostable.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

How does it work?<\/h4>

DEUX SOLUTIONS :\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n

1 \u2013 I already have my ticket: I create an account using the form at the bottom of this page and top up my card before coming to the Festival (on this page, below)<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • I create my account and enter my personal details<\/li>\n
  • I enter my ticket number<\/li>\n
  • I choose the amount to top up and pay by credit\/debit card<\/li>\n
  • I collect my pre-loaded card at the festival entrance when my ticket is checked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2 \u2013 I\u2019m coming to Fest Jazz without creating an account:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Once on site, I head to a Cashless Checkout to top up a card, paying in cash and\/or by credit\/debit card.<\/p>\n

    Please note: there is a 1\u20ac activation fee when topping up a card for the first time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    How do I use my card?<\/h4>

    The card can be used at bars, the wine bar, snack stands, cr\u00eaperies, the shop and food trucks!<\/p>\n

    I place my order and present my card to pay. I can check my available balance before placing any order. If I don\u2019t have enough credit, the holder of another card can top up my balance to complete the transaction.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF CREDIT?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    I can top up my card at any time at the festival\u2019s two cashless payment points.<\/p>\n

    If I go home between festival days, I can top up my account from any computer via the Fest Jazz website.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

    How do I get a refund?<\/h4>

    If I haven\u2019t used up all my credit during the festival, I can request a refund of the remaining balance via my online account.<\/p>\n

    Refund requests will be accepted after the festival, from Monday 27 July 2026 at 8.00 am until Wednesday 26 August 2026 at 11.59 pm. Refunds will be processed a few days after you submit your request.<\/p>\n

    No refund requests will be accepted after Wednesday 26 August 2026.
    After this date, any remaining credit cannot be refunded and will be donated to the Jazz Kreiz Breizh association.<\/p>\n

    HOW DO I GET A REFUND?<\/strong><\/p>\n

    I enter my email address and password below if I already have an account; otherwise, I create an account by entering my email address. I then enter my card\u2019s unique number (6 capital letters on the back of the card) and my card details, and request the refund: the amount will be credited back to my card and my bank account.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
