Family Area
One of the few jazz festivals with a space dedicated to children !
An area within the festival where families feel welcome, with entertainment and activities suitable for children of all ages, right from the very youngest. This cosy, colourfully decorated area offers activities suitable for all ages: children’s activity materials (colouring books, stickers, wooden toys, board games, books, sensory mats for toddlers, soft toys, face painting…), wooden games, a balloon sculptor to the delight of young and old alike, and much more besides.
Activities on offer
A programme designed for all ages, from toddlers to older children.
0–2-year-olds’ area
Sensory play, activity mats, soft toys and a cosy corner for toddlers, to be enjoyed safely under adult supervision.
Circus workshops
Balancing acts, floor acrobatics, tightrope walking, rolla bolla, juggling: come and try your hand at the circus arts!
Area for 3–6-year-olds
Colouring pages, stickers, books and various games: everything to let the little ones’ creativity run wild.
Balloon Artist & Face Painter
Balloon sculptures and face painting to turn young and old alike into the stars of the party.
Ages 6 and over
Wooden toys, board games and timeless classics for fun with family or friends.
