Contactless payment method for bars and restaurants at Fest Jazz!
What is it?
The Fest Jazz has a contactless payment system for paying for drinks and food at the festival’s bars and restaurants.
The card is biodegradable, recyclable and compostable.
How does it work?
DEUX SOLUTIONS :
1 – I already have my ticket: I create an account using the form at the bottom of this page and top up my card before coming to the Festival (on this page, below)
- I create my account and enter my personal details
- I enter my ticket number
- I choose the amount to top up and pay by credit/debit card
- I collect my pre-loaded card at the festival entrance when my ticket is checked
2 – I’m coming to Fest Jazz without creating an account:
Once on site, I head to a Cashless Checkout to top up a card, paying in cash and/or by credit/debit card.
Please note: there is a 1€ activation fee when topping up a card for the first time.
How do I use my card?
The card can be used at bars, the wine bar, snack stands, crêperies, the shop and food trucks!
I place my order and present my card to pay. I can check my available balance before placing any order. If I don’t have enough credit, the holder of another card can top up my balance to complete the transaction.
WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF CREDIT?
I can top up my card at any time at the festival’s two cashless payment points.
If I go home between festival days, I can top up my account from any computer via the Fest Jazz website.
How do I get a refund?
If I haven’t used up all my credit during the festival, I can request a refund of the remaining balance via my online account.
Refund requests will be accepted after the festival, from Monday 27 July 2026 at 8.00 am until Wednesday 26 August 2026 at 11.59 pm. Refunds will be processed a few days after you submit your request.
No refund requests will be accepted after Wednesday 26 August 2026.
After this date, any remaining credit cannot be refunded and will be donated to the Jazz Kreiz Breizh association.
HOW DO I GET A REFUND?
I enter my email address and password below if I already have an account; otherwise, I create an account by entering my email address. I then enter my card’s unique number (6 capital letters on the back of the card) and my card details, and request the refund: the amount will be credited back to my card and my bank account.
