Fest Jazz, an inclusive event
Fest Jazz is fully committed to accessibility and inclusion for everyone.
We are implementing specific measures to allow people with disabilities (holders of a Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI), a Disability Card (CIG) or a War Veteran's Disability Card (GIG)) to fully enjoy the festival, in the best conditions of comfort and safety.
General principles
The festival is accessible to people with disabilities. However, given the layout of the site and in order to guarantee the safety of all festival-goers, we are obliged to strengthen the reception conditions and access to the disabled parking areas.
We take care to guarantee:
• suitable access conditions (entrances, movement, parking, sanitary facilities);
• clear signage and reserved areas near the stages and food outlets;
• the presence of volunteers trained to welcome and assist people with reduced mobility.
TICKETING AND SUPPORT
No price reduction is offered for disabled persons.

• a double-sided copy of your valid card (CMI, CIG or GIG)
• the name of your companion (if applicable).
Proof of identity may be requested at the entrance to the site.
Apart from situations where accompanying persons are entitled to free admission, accompanying persons must have a valid ticket.
Access conditions vary depending on the card type.
CMI / CIG mention "Disability" (with or without mention "Need for assistance")
• Guaranteed priority access to adapted areas, dedicated reception points, etc.
• Complimentary ticket for accompanying person(s) when the card includes the mention "Need for assistance" (see paragraph above). The accompanying person must be able to assist the cardholder for the entire duration of the event.

CMI marked "Priority"
• Priority access to entrance queues, rest areas and adapted sanitary facilities.
• Access to adapted stage areas is possible subject to availability and a need clearly expressed in advance to the accessibility service.

CMI or GIG with the mention "Parking"
• Access allowed to the parking lots reserved for people with reduced mobility located inside the festival, upon presentation of the nominative sticker or the corresponding GIG card.

PARKING
• The parking areas reserved for people with reduced mobility (PRM) are located inside the festival grounds, behind the stages. These parking spaces are very limited and reserved for holders of a CMI card bearing the mention "Parking". Access will be granted upon presentation of your card at the access barriers.
• Another parking area is located just before the ticket office, along the path leading to the festival entrance. Access is permitted with all CMI cards. This parking lot has a capacity of 25 spaces and is not reserved for people with reduced mobility. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of spaces.
Special cases
The old CIG and GIG cards remain valid until their expiry date and are recognized as equivalent to the corresponding CMI cards.
The Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) may include one or more mentions (Disability, Priority, Parking), the Fest Jazz recognizes all combinations of mentions and adapts the reception accordingly, within the limits of access capacities and site security requirements.
